::DIY::Luxe Snow globes::

  • A jar of your choice (with a lid)
  • jewellery
  • Anti-rust sealant for metal pieces
  • Clear-drying epoxy
  • Distilled water
  • Dash of glycerin
  • Large silver or white glitter (smaller versions will float at the top)

Steps:

  1. Use clear-drying epoxy to adhere your piece to the inside of the lid.
  2. After the epoxy dries, fill your jar with distilled or boiled water
  3. Add just a dash of glycerin so the “snow” falls slowly.
  4. Add glitter. If you don’t like the look of glitter, you can use faux snow (find@craft stores.)
  5. Screw your lid on tightly„,then enjoy your snowglobe

These would make such cute necklaces! I think I wanna make some :D

DIY: Feather Hair Extensions

Ever since I first saw these, I became completely obsessed. The feathers look so pretty and elegant in your hair!

Materials:

  • Feathers - any feathers of your choice (make sure they are of good quality) - be creative! :)
  • Micro beads (crimps)
  • Threading tool
  • Pliers

Instructions:

  1. Part your hair where you want the feathers to go.
  2. Take a small section of hair less than 1/4 in.
  3. Wet the strand you just selected to put through the micro bead( crimp).
  4. Feed your hair through the micro bead to the root of your hair. Make sure your hair is wet - this way, when you move the bead up the strand all the hair will stay in place and not come out of the bead.
  5. Then add the feathers one by one. They can stick out the top of the bead - that way, you know it is in all the way.
  6. Using pliers or your tool from a local hobby store, crimp the bead twice.Make sure you crimped it so that it lays flat on your head.

To remove: Press the opposite way (very lightly) with the pliers. Gently pull out the feathers and slide off the micro bead.

Have fun with this look!

Ghetto Cinnabun Bites W/ Nutella

Follow this recipe, just slather some nutella before you add the cinnamon and sugar mixture and roll it up. Also, don’t butter the inside of the bread, just the outside. Also, you should butter up the bread crusts, sprinkle some cinnamon and sugar on top, and just pop it in the oven for 10 mins or so and you have yourself some cinnabun sticks.
